Embassies and consulates will only accept this letter if it is accompanied by confirmation of registration and payment for the congress. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to start your visa application as early as possible.

To qualify for the reduced congress registration fee for FIP members, you must have been a member of FIP for at least two years:
- You have been a member in 2026 and have fully paid your membership fees for 2026.
- Or you can become a member and pay for two years in advance (2026 and 2027).

Organisations wishing to exhibit at FIP 2027 must follow the criteria for acceptance. These are:
- The organisation must align with and support the vision and goals of the FIP 2027 Congress.
- The organisation should embody the congress's commitment to diversity and inclusion in its practices and policies.
- FIP reserves the right to reject any booking if the organization is deemed not to align with the values and objectives of FIP 2027.
