The exhibition will be open on:

  • Sunday: 17:00 - 18:00 hours
  • Monday - Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:00 hours
  • Wednesday: 09:00 - 15:00 hours

Organisations wishing to exhibit at FIP 2027 must follow the criteria for acceptance. These are:

  • The organisation must align with and support the vision and goals of the FIP 2027 Congress.
  • The organisation should embody the congress's commitment to diversity and inclusion in its practices and policies.
  • FIP reserves the right to reject any booking if the organization is deemed not to align with the values and objectives of FIP 2027.

The Congress Team assigns exhibition locations based on the receipt of the booking and payment, availability, and the overall requirements for the exhibition.

Yes, you can make your own reservation. 

 

The proof should be an official document proving your student/recent graduate status. This can be for example a diploma or an official document stating your enrolment in a pharmacy study. The document does not necessarily have to be in English.

The Visa Invitation letter (also for accompanying persons) will be automatically sent to your e-mail when you have successfully registered and finalized the payment. If you have not received it, please contact the congress team at: congress@fip.org

One-day cards for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday can only be purchased on-site. Please note that additional costs may apply for sessions/workshops on Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We advise you to make sure that your abstract is up to date before the final submission deadline of 17 March 2027.

FIP 2027 participants should be aware of the visa requirements for visiting Kuala Lumpur. Please plan your travel well in advance and allow ample time to apply for a visa.

Please note that Visa Support Letters will only be issued upon confirmation of registration and once full payment of the registration fees has been received. Visa Support Letters are sent via email in PDF format.

FIP is a non-profit, non-governmental organization in official relations with the World Health Organization. It is subject to strict limitations regarding sponsorship, including from the pharmaceutical industry, and therefore cannot waive registration fees or sponsor attendance at our congresses.

Various constituencies within FIP offer grants and/or fellowships to facilitate attendance at the congress. More information will be published in October 2026.

 

After completing the online registration process, participants have the option to request an official letter of invitation for visa purposes. Please carefully review the confirmation letter of your registration, as it includes a link to apply for the visa letter. Embassies and consulates will only accept this letter if it is accompanied by confirmation of registration and payment for the congress. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to start your visa application as early as possible.

You will receive the letter as a PDF after completing the online registration and payment.
